AurumTrade

Terms of Service

AurumTrade is a crypto on‑ramp interface. We provide a non‑custodial user experience to initiate your order and monitor its progress. Identity verification (KYC/AML) and payment processing are performed by our regulated on‑ramp partner during the checkout flow. AurumTrade does not hold customer funds or digital assets.

Operating entity: AurumTrade is a trade name operated as a sole proprietorship in Alberta, Canada (not an incorporated entity).

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to purchase digital assets. You agree to provide accurate information and complete any required identity verification with our partner.

2. Non‑custodial service: AurumTrade simply facilitates the creation of an order and redirects you to the partner checkout. The partner collects and verifies your identity, processes your payment, and delivers crypto to your designated wallet. We never take possession of your funds or hold assets on your behalf.

3. Risk notice: Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose some or all of the value of your purchase. Network congestion, blockchain confirmations and payment processing delays can affect delivery times. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any transaction.

4. Prohibited use: You agree not to use AurumTrade or our partner services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, scams, or the purchase of prohibited goods or services. If you are subject to economic sanctions or are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, you may not use our services.

5. Refunds & chargebacks: Because crypto delivery is irreversible, refunds are generally not possible after assets have been delivered to your wallet. In limited circumstances, refunds may be available for cancelled or failed transactions prior to delivery, subject to the partner’s policies. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled according to the rules of the applicable card network or payment provider.

6. Complaints & support: If you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us atsupport@aurumtrade.tech with your order ID. We will liaise with the partner to investigate and respond. You may also have the right to file a complaint with your local financial regulator.

7. Partner terms: Purchases completed in the partner checkout are subject to the partner’s terms, conditions, privacy policy and compliance requirements. By proceeding to checkout, you agree to those policies in addition to these terms.

8. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes arising from your use of AurumTrade shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
